Celtic Folk ‘n’ Beat from Germany: The Aberlours

I first heard the Aberlours in Germany when they played a Renaissance evening in a castle in Glauchau. They are a 5 piece band that plays electric Celtic type music, a la Silly Wizard, with guitars, flute, fiddle, bass and drums. They sing in English and German, and are named after a Scottish brand of scotch whiskey. They have a huge amount of talent, and have recently played with Ian Anderson (of Jethro Tull fame).
