Hey there folks, I found this great photo of James Lea and just spoke with his wife Jody.  There is a viewing to be help at Vaca Hills Chapel in Vacaville between the hours of 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. On Thursday, November 6th.
The address for Vaca Hills Chapel is 524 Elmira Road.

 

 

Friday there will be a celebration of his life at 11:00 a.m. at the Orchard Avenue Babtist Church.  That will be loacated at 301 North Orchard Avenue, Vacaville, CA 95688
If anyone would please let everyone know.  I only have a small database and he had a large circle of friends.  Thank-you so much, I would really appreciate it.

Thomas Snot of Puke and Snot died last week

On Monday, August 11 2008, Joe Kudla, aka Thomas Snot, passed away.

He leaves behind hundreds of family and friends who are at a loss to grasp his sudden absence from our lives, and millions of fans who, for 35 years, he moved to tears with laughter.

We are stunned and saddened. Please keep Joe and his family in your thoughts. Puke, aka Mark Sieve, is writing in his blog, where hundreds of tribute emails, along with Joe’s obituary and other details, are being posted. Please check back often.

Public visitation Monday August 18, 4-8 PM at All Saints Catholic Church with additional visitation at the church one hour prior to the service on Tuesday. Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday the 19th at 11 AM, All Saints Catholic Church, 435 - 4th St NE, Minneapolis MN 55413 (map at left).

It saddens my heart greatly to report that our patriarch, Ken Wiepert passed away this evening (1/27/08) around 11pm. His passing brings him and his wife Joan back together. As soon as Services are arranged, I will let everyone know the specifics.

As Ken stated in his goodbye to Joan at her memorial, “We apparently touched a lot of people.” So please pass the word to those that my not have access to this posting.

Sad News during the holidays

To Friends and Faire Family of Clan Iain Abrach MacIain;

It is my sad duty to let you all know that the matron of our
guild Joan Wiepert has passed away. She left this world peacefully in
her sleep around 9pm on Christmas Eve.

Services will be held for her at the Masonic Temple in Napa at
4pm on Sunday December, 30th. The address for the Masonic Temple is
4125 Solano Avenue, Napa, CA 94558. There will be a potluck reception
immediately following so please feel free to bring a food item if you
so choose.

EVERYONE that knew Joan is invited to attend and speak if you
would like. If you know of anyone that doesn’t have access to email
please feel free to pass on this information.

Also Ken will be unable to attend these services as he is also
currently in the hospital. The family has asked to restrict visitors
at this time so he can get well. I will post more information as it
becomes available. Messages for Ken can be sent to Tim Jesus at
tjconsult@aol.com and will be delivered on a regular basis.

Flowers for the services can be sent to her granddaughter
Marisa’s home and will be brought to the services.

News: Joan Weipert

To Fair Family and Friends Clan Iain Abrach of MacIain, pa210358Joan Wiepert our recently (Folsom 2006) retired Guild Mistress, has
been taken to the hopsital, her bone cancer has moved to her brain
causing stroke-like symtoms. She will be moved on Saturday to Vallejo
Kaiser. Family is at the hospital, Kurt (their son) is with Ken at
home (at the time of this posting). Further information will be
distributed as it becomes available.

If anyone wishes further Information, you can leave messages for Ken
at his home or call/Email Tim Jesus.

Please keep Ken and Joan in your thoughts and prayers during this
holiday season.
