The first informational meeting for potential new cast members, and auditions for speaking rolls, for the 5th Annual Fishers Renaissance Faire will be 2 p.m. Sunday, at the Fishers Public Library.

Everyone interested in performing at the Fishers Renaissance Faire is welcome to audition. However, performers under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who will also be a cast member.

The 5th Annual Fishers Renaissance Faire will occur Saturday, Oct. 3 and Sunday, Oct.2009 — on the grounds of historic Conner Prairie, 13400 Allisonville Road, Fishers (IN), rain or shine.

Other opportunities to perform at the Fishers Renaissance Faire include:

1 p.m. Jan. 25, at Holland Park in Fishers — Auditions for the Shakespearean play "The Merry Wives of Windsor."

2 p.m. Feb. 8, at the Fishers Public Library — Auditions for new cast members and new "Fantasticals" performers.

1 p.m. Feb. 28, at the Fishers Public Library –Auditions for the Madrigal Choir, and other signing roles.
